Hot Tossed Pizzeria is a concept brand I created for a modern pizza shop built around classic pizzeria culture with a fun, retro personality. The goal was to create something that feels instantly familiar — like an old-school neighborhood pizza spot — while still looking fresh, playful, and memorable for modern audiences.

Brief

This project started as a creative branding exercise focused on building a full identity for a new pizza concept from scratch. I wanted the brand to feel approachable, energetic, and slightly nostalgic while standing out from typical generic pizza branding. The direction leaned into bold typography, a simple mascot character, and strong red-and-cream color choices inspired by traditional pizzeria visuals.

Solution

I developed a fun, character-driven identity centered around a friendly chef mascot paired with soft, rounded typography to give the brand personality and warmth. The visual system was designed to translate easily across packaging, signage, and merchandise, creating a cohesive look that feels both retro and modern. The result is a playful pizzeria concept that feels approachable, recognizable, and ready for real-world application.
